Privacy policy

This policy explains the limited data needed to provide free downloads, process optional paid orders, and measure product interest.

Data we collect

• Optional contact details and information needed for a paid order.
• Anonymous product events such as product view, preview open, sample download, download success, checkout start, and purchase.
• Referrer, landing page, UTM campaign values, approximate country when supplied by the hosting edge, device type, product, category, and timestamp.
• Temporary network counters used to block abusive traffic. The analytics event table does not store the visitor IP address.
• Account credentials in hashed form when you choose to register.

Payment data

Card data is entered on the payment provider's hosted checkout page. This store does not receive or store full card numbers.

How data is used

We use anonymous events to understand which product pages receive attention, which previews are opened, and which files are downloaded. We use order data to complete paid orders and security data to prevent abuse.

Free downloads

No account, email address, credit card, PayPal account, or payment is required to download a free sample.

Retention and requests

Order and financial records are retained as needed for operational and compliance purposes. Privacy requests can be sent to admin@digital.store.
